Lucious Lemon Delight

  • 1 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • 3/4 scoop vanilla Cinch protein (call me if you don't know what Cinch is!)
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
mix together and enjoy! added antioxidants...handful of organic blueberries~yummy!! fyi...blueberries chew the fat out of you belly, so go for them throughout the day:)

MARYS GRANOLA
5 CUPS ORGANIC REGULAR (NOT INSTANT) OATS
1/2 CUP WHEAT GERM
1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR OR SPELT FLOUR
1/2 CUP FLAX SEED~ORGANIC GROUND ONLY!!!
1/2 CUP SESAME (or sunflower) SEED
1 CUP ALMONDS
1 CUP PECANS
3/4 GRAPE SEED OIL(or extra light olive oil)
3/4 CUP HONEY
SPRINKLE CINNAMON ON TOP 
PRE HEAT 325
STIR DRY INGREDIENTS
WARM OIL AND HONEY TOGETHER IN POT AND POUR OVER TOP OF DRY INGREDIENTS
STIR TOGETHER
BAKE 35-45 MINUTES...STIR OCCASIONALLY 


SO DELICIOUS ...AND FUN TO ADD OVER YOGURT WITH BERRIES


SLOW COOKER TEX MEX CHICKEN


1 LB. chicken breasts cut into strips
2 T. taco seasoning mix(trader joes)
2 T. flour(spelt flour.winco)
1 each, red and green bell pepper
1 can organic black beans rinsed and drained
1.5 c. salsa 
i would add cilantro, onion, and any veggies...lots of beans and veggies


mix all ingredients together in crock pot and cook 6- hours on low...serve over brown rice, or quinoa, or cous cous.also yummy thrown in an organic tortilla....
