WOOT! WOOT! MY NEW FAV!!!!!

DARK CHOCOLATE ESPRESSO GRANOLA BARS
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup whole grain or spelt flour
2 scoops vanilla cinch protein
1 T. raw honey
2 oz. dark choccolate-covered coffee beans
1/3 cup grapeseed or canola oil
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/4 t. salt
1/4t. baking soda
1/4 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. vanilla or almond extract

Preheat oven to 325...mix it all up. spread evenly in 9x9 baking dish (or pie plate works too). Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Eat em up and don't feel guilty! I enjoy a small square with a cup of organic joe as a treat!
