Ingredients:
*3 cups oats
*1/2-3/4 C organic maple syrup
*2 tsp baking powder
*1/2 tsp salt
*1 tsp cinnamon
*2 eggs slightly beaten
*1 C milk
*1/4 C applesauce
* 1/4 C presoaked chia seeds
*3/4 C chopped peeled apples
*1/3 C chopped peaches
*1/3 C organic blueberries
Directions:
In a large bowl combine oats, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Combine the eggs, milk, applesauce, and chia -add dry ingredients, stir in fruit.
Pour into 8 in square baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake uncovered at 350 for 35-40 min.
